We handle sourcing, coordination with suppliers, export documentation, and shipment arrangements from origin to your nominated port.
We work with vetted suppliers and mills and agree detailed written specifications before confirming any order. Where needed, we coordinate pre-shipment checks and ensure that packaging, labeling, and documents match what was agreed so the shipment reflects the contract.
MOQs depend on the product, packaging, and origin, but we generally work with full container load (FCL) shipments. For some items and brands we may offer more flexible options. If you share your product and volume requirements, we’ll clearly confirm the applicable MOQ in our offer.
We commonly use Incoterms such as FOB, CFR, and CIF, and in some cases EXW or DAP when mutually agreed.
We typically work with telegraphic transfers (TT) and, for qualified orders, letters of credit (LC). Exact terms are agreed and documented clearly in our quotations and contracts.
